George Eustice MP had the opportunity to question the Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove MP, in the House of Commons yesterday. George asked the Secretary, when he assesses the size of the discretionary learner support to be made available to each college, whether he would consider at least making one of the criteria the number of second year students who currently receive EMA. He suggested that this would help both colleges and students in the transition to the new system.
