In an interview on BBC Radio Cornwall this morning, George Eustice heralded the tremendous opportunity that the Government's recently announced NHS reforms will give to put healthcare professionals in the driving seat. Pitted against fellow Cornwall MP, Andrew George, George made the point that "the real threat is to sit on our hands and do nothing" pointing out that these bottom-up reforms were designed to "find efficiencies and get an extra £20 billion to the front line".
